Long Range Plan

Since 2005, the Eugene Symphony has been engaged in an intensive long range planning process, more comprehensive than any such effort in the Symphony’s 42-year history, involving consultation within the community and beyond. From this process, a plan has emerged that will help the Symphony transform itself and continue to enrich the lives through the power of music.

What’s outlined below and in the downloadable PDF document, describes the process, plan, and strategies, as adopted by the Eugene Symphony Association’s board of directors on May 30, 2007:
