Encouraging Young Musicians to Achieve
EYMA offers students within middle and high school music programs the opportunity to hear, learn from, perform for, and connect with a Symphony musician through in-school workshops designed to meet your program's needs.
1. Classroom visits: Co-design structure and content with Symphony musician in master classes, sectional rehearsals, performances, or career counseling.
2. Chamber Ensemble Coachings: 8 weekly coaching sessions by a Symphony musician for small groups during or after school and culminating in a performance for peers or pre-Symphony concert at the Hult!
If you teach in a public middle and/or high school within Eugene 4J, Bethel, Springfield, Creswell, Junction City, or South Lane school districts and are interested in learning more about this free program, please contact Education & Community Engagement Director Katy Vizdal at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at (541) 687-9487 x116.
