Forrest Moyer

Bass

Forrest Moyer received a Bachelor and Master of Music in performance for the U of O School of Music. He is Principal Double Bass of the Eugene Opera, and Assistant of the Eugene Symphony Bass section. Moyer has played many years with the Oregon Bach Festival including playing on the Grammy Award winning record "Credo" by K. Penderecki. He has also played and toured with Mason Williams and is featured bassist on Williams' album "Of Time and Rivers Flowing."

Forrest has also taught classes for the Eugene Springfield Youth Symphony Association and was a founding member of the "Little Symphony". Moyer currently teaches the String Ensemble at Sheldon High School.
