Eugene Symphony and the Hult Center invite you to a special Valentine’s Day Pop-Up Concert with marimba virtuoso Eriko Daimo and composer/percussionist, Pius Cheung. Make a date with your sweetheart, take a lunch break with colleagues, and drop into the Hult Center lobby for this free lunch-hour concert on Valentine’s Day. Lunches welcome!

Program will include music by Debussy, Satie, Bach, and The Beatles.

Price: Free and open to the public. All ages welcome.

Time: 12:00-1:00 PM

This event is presented as part of Eriko Daimo and Pius Cheung’s residency with Eugene Symphony, supported by the Nils and Jewel Hult Endowment—Arts Foundation of Western Oregon Fund of the Oregon Community Foundation. On February 22, join us for the world premiere of internationally renowned and Eugene-based composer Pius Cheung’s Hibiki (響)—Colors of Resonance, performed by Eugene Symphony and marimba virtuoso Eriko Daimo at the Hult Center for the Performing Arts.
