About Fiddletête: Fiddletête is a string quartet serving up Celtic, Nordic, and American fiddle styles enmeshed in lush harmonies and rollicking grooves. Following in the footsteps of the Mark O’Connor/ Yo-Yo Ma/ Edgar Meyer Appalachian Waltz collaboration and the Danish String Quartet, Fiddletête blurs the line between classical and folk, charting a third musical path: one with all the artistry and precision of a symphony player, but with the spontaneous soul of a fiddler.
