Hosted by Eugene-based singer, songwriter, and artistic director Evynne Hollens and featuring Eugene Symphony ensembles, our new Family Musical Adventures concert series is your family’s perfect introduction to the orchestra! These fun, interactive concerts are approximately 50 minutes. Arrive early for pre-concert activities including the popular Instrument Petting Zoo, and other family-friendly activities.
Embark on a magical journey through an enchanted forest and meet the String Family! Through engaging storytelling and an interactive performance, a group of young explorers – you! – will travel through the forest and meet various string instruments, learning about their unique sounds, roles, and how they work together to create beautiful music.
