Encouraging Young Musicians to Achieve (EYMA)
Registration is now open for Encouraging Young Musicians to Achieve (EYMA), a program available to public Lane County Middle/High School Band and Orchestra programs.
At no cost to participating schools, Teaching Artists drawn from the symphony’s professional ensemble will work with select schools' band and orchestra instructors to co-develop a series of five one-hour visits. These sessions could include sectionals, master classes, rehearsals, discussions or college/career explorations by ESA musicians.

EYMA Program Details
Cost: This program is offered at no cost to participating schools.
School Selection: A limited number of select schools will receive five (5) visits by Eugene Symphony musicians throughout the 2018/19 school year. Priority will be given to school orchestra programs, schools in rural school districts, and schools that have not participated in the program in recent years.
