Due to demand and popularity, a minimum $1,000 annual donation per household per pair of seats is required. (Limit two seats per household with Conductor’s Circle level gift).

This gift must be pledged or paid prior to (or with) purchase of Conductor’s Circle seats. The gift must be received by or before the calendar year of the subscription season for which the seats are issued. Our season runs from July 1 to June 30.

Why become a Conductor’s Circle member?

In addition to access to premium seats, a Conductor’s Circle gift entitles your household to special contributor benefits.  These include:

  • Invitation to Association’s Annual Meeting
  • Notice of special events
  • Recognition in program magazine
  • An invitation to two dress rehearsals
  • One dress rehearsal includes Special Event
  • An invitation to one post-concert reception
  • Voucher redeemable for two regular Symphonic series concert tickets

This generous gift of support offers benefits, and more importantly, it sustains and invests in our 83+ musicians, our resident status with the Hult Center, our Youth Concerts, and music education and community engagement programs. Ticket sales support less than 50% of the cost to bring our live orchestral experiences to you. By becoming a Conductor’s Circle member, you ensure the vitality of music in our community. We welcome and invite Conductor’s Circle gifts and donors regardless of seating choice as well. Thank you for considering!

To make your Conductor’s Circle contribution and secure your premium seats, please contact the Hult Center Ticket Office at 541-682-5000. Contributions can made through the ticket office or Eugene Symphony Development Office at 541-687-9487 x104.

“My connection to the Eugene Symphony has grown into so much more than just the concert experience. By financially supporting beyond our ticket purchases, my wife and I enjoy benefits like meeting the people behind the scenes. We also profoundly feel the impact of helping keep music alive and vibrant in our community.”
